here is a few useful links to some programs and addons which I use.

I tend to use DoTAkeys over Warkeys, as Warkeys requires a little more management, and it makes playing invoker somewhat harder, since you cannot bind your inventory to Alt + letters.

This last thing is just a simple thing to make DoTA tilesets different, if you've noticed the video HeaVeN made, he is using the 'city' tileset.
